Step 1:The Tart Crust

Flour, sugar, and salt should be mixed in a mixing bowl. Add in the cold butter and incorporate using your fingers or pastry combination until the effect resembles coarse crumbs. Add tablespoons of ice-cold water at a time until the dough begins to hold. Just cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 min.

Step 2: Pre Bake Crust

On a floured surface roll out the chilled pastry until it fits a 9-inch tart pan. Cut off the outside; poke the bottom all over with a fork.
