6 to 8 tbsp ice water

Ingredients Of The Apple Filling:
2 medium apples (peeled,cored,diced) Granny Smith or Honeycrisp are really good
2 tbsp butter, unsalted
2 tbs brown sugar
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 tsp (nutmeg)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of lemon juice
Optional 2 tbsp chopped raisins or nuts
For Assembly:
1 egg (to be used as an egg wash)
1 tbsp of water
To make the Glaze:
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
12 tbsp milk(as per preference)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optionnal: a pinch of cinnamon, to flavor it
Step by Step Guide on how to make Apple Strudel Pop Tarts
The Apple Filling is put together in step 1.
- Melt the butter in medium skillet under medium heating.
